Justin Bieber, the 21 year old singer from Canada, started off as a pop star wannabe when he began creating videos of himself and posting them to YouTube for the world to see. And now, 4 studio albums and 53.6 million Instagram followers later, he is one of the biggest superstars in the world and according to FamousBirthdays.com he is the most popular person on the planet right now.
If you were to ask me 5 years ago, “Do you think Justin Bieber will still be a massive hit in 5 years time?” my answer would certainly have been no, mainly down to the fact that the only reason that he was popular was because he so widely disliked. His feminine voice made him a target for abuse and especially after he broke up with Selena, his fan base quickly diminished.
But a few years on, Justin Bieber is a household name and his new album has certainly rocked the charts. To be honest I have never been the biggest Belieber but after his most recent album my opinion has definitely changed, so all I have to say to him is Sorry (excuse the pun).
Justin now has a net worth of $200 million, which is crazy! But thats what you get when you persevere which is exactly what he did. Despite lots of abuse and hate, he brushed himself down and got straight back on with writing more music with his main purpose being to entertain.
His latest album includes the likes of ‘Sorry’, ‘What Do You Mean?’ and ‘Where Are U Now?’ The radio stations just cant seem to get enough of these major tunes and here in the UK, Justin has been at number one for 6 weeks now.
Bieber has now launched his modeling career starring in the new advertisement for Calvin Klein Jeans which took the world by storm. The beginning of his career with Calvin Klein really sparked his universal awareness and he showed the world that he is back and better than before. The Belieber nation has grown dramatically over the past 6 months and his face is plastered all over the majority of social media sites.
It seems as though Justin has won back his place in the universes’ heart, but with his highly successful album, ‘Purpose’, will he really be able to top that?
